Stayax is a single package — there is no plan to choose, and every module is included. You pay no monthly subscription, setup or application fee; a service fee applies only to the sale amount of bookings that actually take place.
What do I pay?
- No monthly fixed fee. There is no subscription, setup or application fee. Until a sale happens, you pay nothing.
- Service fee: a percentage of the sale amount. It is calculated only on bookings that actually take place — you pay nothing for rooms that stay empty.
- Not invoiced separately. The service fee is not sent to you as a separate invoice; it is offset against your earnings. Because no invoice is issued, no VAT is charged to you on that fee either.
- The rate is property-specific. The rate that applies to your property is stated in Annex 1 of your contract; there is no published blanket rate.
When are my earnings paid?
Your earnings are the sale amount less the service fee, the tax liability arising from the OTA commission and any transfer/payment cost. Payment is made on the second Monday following check-out. For details, see How do payouts and invoicing work?
Which features are included?
Every module is in the single package: multi-channel and calendar management, AI Boost (OTA visibility and dynamic pricing), overbooking resolution, the owner portal, multi-property management, API access and bulk CSV operations. You never have to move up a tier to unlock a feature.
Is Payax separate?
Yes. Payax is the payments side and runs on its own commercial model: no monthly fee, a commission charged only per transaction, and the rate is set by transaction volume. That commission is separate from the Stayax service fee. For details, see What is Payax?
How do I find out my own rate?
The rate that applies to your property is written in Annex 1 of your contract, and the rate and amount applied to each booking are shown in your dashboard and reconciliation. If you are not a customer yet and want to discuss terms, request a demo.
