This is a 30-day estimate, not a guarantee. As occupancy rises, the property shows stronger demand, so estimated additional sales and revenue rise at every step. At 100% occupancy, no more than 20% controlled sales are added to current sales and total selling never exceeds 120%. The 25% Stayax Service Fee is deducted; OTA commission tax and any Transfer/Payment Fee apply separately.
